Accepting Reality (Nagato is left speechless after hearing Naruto's answer. Naruto then turns his back on Nagato and walks away)
"He's letting you live. We can use this time for you to recover and strengthen the Six paths of Pain," said Konan. (Nagato envisions Yahiko)
"Know this Kyuubi. By letting me live, I will continue to pursue peace through my own way. Since you provided me no means for accepting a fantasy of an old fool, I will guide the world through pain. fare well, we will meet again, Uzumaki Naruto. It would be a disaster if anything would happen to you. You are the source of my peace," said Nagato.
(He's exhausted. He sweats a little.)
"Damn. I used up too much chakra. Even in Sage Mode, Rasen Shuriken takes a lot of me. Better not let them no, or they could attack me from behind," said Naruto. (All of a sudden Naruto eyes widen. He notices Neji and Gai.)
"Naruto's back is turned away from the enemy," said Gai. "His chakra is also low, not good," said Neji. "Guys stop, Naruto has won," said Katsuyu. "Enough words, I'll take it from here," said Neji. (Naruto yells at the top of his lungs)
"PLEASE NO," yelled Naruto. (Neji and Gai bursts through the origami tree. Naruto attempts to stop Neji but he falls down. Nagato and Konan are threatened, they show faces of shock. Neji thrusts out his palm.)
"Hakke Kuushou," yelled Neji.. "At that range and in his condition, he'll," said Konan. (She tries to get in front, but the wave hits Nagato, causing him to spew blood from his mouth, nose. And then slowly closes his eyes)
"I didn't want things to end this way. But it looks like peace, is up to you now. Right, Naruto," said Nagato. (His eyes close completely. Naruto's eyes grow demon like. Konan cries)
"ARRGGHH. I said I would spare his life. This is why the world is never understanding. I couldn't save one life. After all this, I couldn't save him from his pain," cried Naruto.
"You Konoha ninja think you are the only ones that count in this world. As long as you selfishly cling to your ideals, there will always be hatred," said Konan. (She transforms into her Angle Form. Everyone take notice.)
"Its no use. By now this entire area is already surronded," said Neji. (Outside shows some of the surviving Anbu and Lee and Ten-ten on the side.)
"This is not how I wanted to do things. This is not how peace is going to arrive," said Naruto.
"I don't know how things went down, but this guy was the one who destroyed Konoha. How you could ever show remorse for someone who killed your master and hurt your villagers is beyond my comprehension," said Neji.
(Konan tries to fly away. She bursts through the origami threat but is immediately surronded. She begins to attack by making her feathers turn into sharp paper air planes, but several Anbu and a few other ninja surronding her all toss exploding tags at her. Her wings start to all apart after she uses them to defend.)
"They've countered me," said Konan. "Her attacks are strong, but she still uses paper for her offensive and defense," said Anbu one. "From all angles, prepare fire elemental ninjutsu," said Aoi
(Fire from all angles cripples Konan. She tries to break apart by turning into butterfiles)
"We need her alive for interrogation," said Ibiki. "Right. I'll constrict her movements. Water will cool her down and stop her from poliferating. Mizuame Nabara," yelled Izumo (Konan is constricted with sticky liquid.)
"Now, restrain her," said Ibiki. (As she falls. Multiple shinobi tosses trap chains to bind her. Similar to the ones used by Kakashi to trick God Realm. She is tied down and then Ibiki catches her. Naruto looks on as the formation of Konoha brings destruction to Nagato and Konan.)
"This, I guess peace and hatred are based off interpretation. I need to make people aware of each other's feelings, so we can all understand each other and so nothing like this could ever happen again," said Naruto.

Clarafication of Body Flicker and Flying Thunder God
They are two seperate jutsu. The Body Flicker is known as the Shunshin no Jutsu and is a D rank jutsu while Flying Thunder God is Hiraishin no jutsu and is a S rank. The Body Flicker allows the user to disappear and reappear almost instantly (normally through the use of an element) and is seen a few times in the manga and anime. For example, when Haku takes Zabuza away after the first encounter with Team Seven, he disappears through swirling leaves, that is the Shunshin no Jutsu. Gaara also does the samething with his sand.
The Hiraishin no Jutsu moves much faster than the Shunshin. A key difference is that a special seal (Jutsu-shiki) is needed for the Hiraishin. The concept behind this technique is similiar to the Kuchiyose no Jutsu. Using the seal the Yondaime transported himself to its location. So... take a large open battlefield plus a hundred or so of his kunais spread out across the land and you got yourself a Yellow Flash.

the 4th hokage aka minato wasnt known as the yellow flash just because of his use of the flying thunder god,minato was olso the fastest man alive,his speed while running or attacking,even without any jutsu,minato was so fast that when he ran all u could see was a yellow blur or a yellow flash,because of his yellow hair traveling in an incredible speed,all u could see was a yellow flash,just like clark kent in smallville,now called the red blue blur,because of his red and blue outfit,reflects a red blue blur while moving in that incredible speed,so thats why the yellow flash is called the yellow flash!!
and one more thing,the flying thunder god is not faster than shunshin,and u know why?,because the flying thunder god doesnt use time or space at all!!,it uses a worm hole!!,remember that everyone!!,when u use a worm hole,u skip time and space,therefor using none of them,means u havnt used time at all,that means u cant measure its speed,because there is no speed to measure lol!!

ok, here is my prediction:
Naruto promises he won't kill Nagato.
Nagato: "So this is your answer? You think you can change the world just by holding to a dream? You think you could kill me? You can't kill me, I am a god that will change the world! Your answer is not good enough, I am taking you with me!"
Naruto becomes enraged: "You still don't understand!"
Then Nagato will start using his rinnegan powers, probably shinra tensei and Konan might help. More Konoha shinobis come to the scene.
Nagato:"This is no good. I used too much chakra, Konan we have to leave!"
Konan will fill the place with papers to create a smoke screen, after that they will use reverse summoning to escape.
Konan:"Nagato...."
Nagato:"My first defeat! The six paths have been defeated!"
Konan:"Nagato don't strain yourself. We need to take a break."
Nagato:"We have to hide for now, but once I recover we will deal with some people."

Well, mark my words here:
1. Naruto will never ever gt captured, not a chance, not in a million years, even when it looks like he's so close to gt captured, he will gt away somehow cuz if they gt the nine tail then it'll make his father sacrifice for him absolutely pointless. he went all the trouble splitting nine tail chackra and seal it in his own son so tht someday his son can use tht power for good, for protecting the world from fearsome menace -madara- if in the end its the enemy who gt tht power then yeah ... his father sacrifice will be pointless and tht wont happened.
2. No one from Naruto's generation (the rookie 9) will gt killed, if there's someone who close to Naruto tht'll need to die in the future , it'll be Iruka. The previous generation can die, but not the current generation (rookie 9) and the next generation (konohamaru and friends)
3.Kishi .. i beg u to go back to the original story of Naruto, his jorney to become Hokage and his story to bring sasuke back. stop talking big about the world peace and stuff, and next time dont bring up the topic if u dont know the answer yourself.

Well i see 2 possible outcomes:
1. Nagato will see the error of his ways ( Facepalm ), sob like a little bitch and convert to Narutoism.
2. Something exciting such as Danzou showing up, Nagato attacking Naruto anyway ( which would be logical ) or anything else besides option 1 would be a welcomed relief.

Danzu should rise in the future chapters and with Naruto-Tsunade-Nagato-Konan and Zetsu around that's somehow foolish,and if we include Sasuke that's beyond that,so we need just tsunade VS danzu and then Sasuke(or maybe just Sasuke VS Danzu..I prefer this one)
I believe Nagato not out of jutsu yet and Konan somehow stated that here (she said:Nagato thats just a waste of time!just hurry up and...!!) I don't think she means retreat

Danzou's killing of Nagato would make the most sense and he could use it against Naruto, not only was Naruto (indirectly) responsible for Akatsuki's assault but he could claim that Naruto was not even doing the proper thing in obtaining revenge for those who fell in the battle. The non-shinobi villagers will out-vote the shinobi and Danzou could take over. (Thus making Dagoro's theory seem more likely).

First of all, how can Danzo kill Nagato ?? Even in this condition Nagato is pretty confident that he can capture Naruto. He might be foolishly overoptimistic or overconfident, but he still has something left in him. How can that noob weakling Danzo kill Nagato?? I know we haven't seen anything from him that suggests so or even otherwise, so I'd like to refute that possibility till proven otherwise...
And if anybody's thinking that Root Anbu are going to kill Nagato for Danzo.....they're out of their minds. Root Anbu are not any different from normal Anbu who were ridiculously useless themselves. Naruto can just blow swat them away himself if he wanted like a bunch of mosquitoes, which I'm sure he'll do since he doesn't want Nagato dead, and knows about Danzo's treachery...

A single shot of Sage Mode completely rejuvenates Naruto. Otherwise, he'd have collapsed from having gone Kyubi mode. Also, when Naruto exited Sage Mode before Nagato's convo began, he didn't look tired at all. He was tired when the fight with Pain ended, but I don't think he's as tired now because if that were the case, then he wouldn't risk meeting Nagato immediately after the fight, but he did which means that he was prepared should Nagato do something nasty or act fishy. The same goes for Danzo, so Naruto would be able to take care of him and his minion weaklings...

There was no way for Naruto to know what Nagato's condition was like after he finished of Deva. He saw the location where Nagato was, but not what he looked like or what his condition appearead to be, this was confirmed by his reaction when he first saw Nagato face to face. He went into SM just to be on the safe side.
After he saw what Nagato looked like and the condition he was in, and after he nearly sent him into space with a KSM punch Naruto released back into base for 2 reasons.
A. He wanted to know Nagato's motives by listening to his story.
B. He saw that the guy was at the end of his rope. Konan warned him that killing Nagato wouldn't change anything and after the last chap Naruto confirms that he could had killed Nagato had he wanted to do so.
That does not indicate that Naruto still has tons of power left, Katsuyo said so herself that Naruto was unharmed but very tired. It only means that Nagato is in worst shape.
Also, Danzou is a pussy. If he was to attack Nagato, this is the best possible chance. The guy is tired and so is Naruto, Danzou would also use the element of surprise along with overwhelming pressure through numerical advantage.
Long story short, Naruto and Nagato are very tired and would most likely not be able to handle a sudden strike by multiple ROOT nin.

Why is nagato launching chakra rods when he could ST, BT, summon three summons, suck out a soul use any element to attack ect. Nagato is immobile but he should still be able to put up a hell of a fight with the many long distance jutsu he has.

I guess its because he can't use those techniques in his current physical condition possibly because they might take an even worse toll on his health than with the puppets. So he doesn't take the risk himself and chooses bodies to fight for him.

How does my post prove that Naruto would be able to handle a bunch of ROOT nin ??
Naruto entered SM before facing Nagato because it was his fail safe since he was tired from his previous fight with the 6 paths.
Pein and katsuyo dropped hints through out the chapters, indicating that Pein's real body was running low on power. Naruto confirmed it when they finally met, and released because he saw that the real body didn't pose much of a threat.
Danzou has several platoons of Root nin under his command and he doesn't resitate to use them, case and point the last chapter.
A suprise appearance/attack by Danzou and his troops would most likely be successfull because both Naruto and Nagato are extremely tired.

Well, I suppose nagato would have to take the chakra rods out of his back before he could use his rinnegan jutsus like he did against salamander and the rain nin. And after removing the chakra rods nagato should regain his health and ability to walk too. If so this fight could be far from over lol.

No one's saying Root ANBU are fantastically strong, KYF was just saying they could come up with a strategy to push him into a corner. In theory, all Danzou's ANBU would have to do is slice Nagato's throat... it's not that huge of a stretch, Nagato is a virtual cripple without his Six Paths and Konan, to me, seems to be high Jounin-level, but nothing fantastic.
It can happen as simple as this: Normal ANBU capture Nagato, bring him to the prison, and a Root member could assassinate him or poison his food.
I am not saying it's GOING TO happen, I am saying Nagato is destroyed right now. Naruto, despite having superior strength, does not have to necessarily fight them. He does not know of Root's conspiracy and most of all, doesn't know about Danzou and his treachery.
Danzou has to be tied in somehow.

Root vs. Naruto
Naruto does mass kage bunshin and kicks Root ass. Meanwhile the real Naruto is on top of a tree eating ramen entertained by this.
Exhausted, rested, blindfolded. Naruto would stomp root. But Danzou is another wuss like Orochimaru.
For those thinking Nagato is very weak now. Fail.
The guy has enough chakra to animate six bodies. What makes you think that he's weak and Danzou will kill him. Nagato still has this unknown jutsu left called "instant kill" where he blacks out. That might happen to him again if he see Danzou face to face.

^ I don't think Tsunade will be killed for a long while simply because IF Kakashi's dead, there's no one to take the mantle even in the interim and I also think that Tsunade is MEANT to give her office to Naruto. Her bond with Naruto is very much like a mother-figure or as a grandmother, it's not as "to the point" as most official relationships are.
Having said that, I could see Danzo killing a weakened Tsunade, in Kishi's mind, to mature Sakura as you said. While this isn't likely, I didn't think Kakashi would be in a position to be axed as a major character as well!

In a fight between a fully rested Naruto vs Danzou and his ROOT 300 i would definetely put my money on Naruto.
But this scenario is completely different. Naruto is exhausted, and we know Danzou doesn't fight fairly. If he brings back up, we aren't talking 1 or 2, we're talking a few freaking Madona possy lvl back up here.

So what could Root Anbu do to him ?? And I for one, just fail to understand how they can be any better than regular Root members, maybe a little stronger and more cunning but definitely not infinitely stronger.

Aw come on now....you guys are really overestimating Root Anbu here. This is Sage Mode Naruto we're talking about. Suddenly he's weak and exhausted enough to be done in by Anbu members even in Sage Mode ??
And Root members do not know anything about Naruto's abilities. They know that he beat Pain but not how he did it. I doubt they ever saw Jiraiya in Sage Mode or Naruto fighting against Pain closely enough to gauge his abilities.

Look, im not trying to down grade Naruto in anyway. Im simply stating that given the consequences a large force could take out Nagato and possibly subdue Naruto.
Think of how smaller animals take down bigger, stronger ones by attacking in packs and with the element of surprise.
The only reason im arguing that a surprise attack would work NOW, is because both Naruto and Nagato are exhausted after their fight.

Well think about it. It only takes one special ability to be able to counter naruto strengths like how deva was able to beat naruto, ma, pa and three boss frogs. His ST, BT is a specail ability. So, if a root member has some kind of special ability capable of countering narutos strengths in SM plus a strategy to put him at even more of a disadvantage, then naruto could be in trouble.

I was refing to a specail ability capable of countering narutos strengths. Like if a root member had the ability to poison naruto like tsunade did to Jman which kept him from molding chakra, thus no SM. Or if root had a genjutsu specailist which would be narutos worst nightmare. Or a root member capable of creating selas that could make his kyuubi chakra go out of control causing naruto to lose control of his own chakra. Ect ect!

Naruto is not as tired as you make him out to be. Pa toad has already stated that in Sage mode Naruto recovers faster, Mostly because he is not drawing upon his regular chakra reserve as well as the fact that the Nine Tails helps him recover. Since he would be in Sage mode, once up against root he should hopeully be able to sense them which might give him an advantage. They shouldn't be able to compensate for Sage mode since they have never seen it before.

Yeah, I see what you're saying, but if Root blatantly goes against Naruto, they are basically dead. Danzou and Root have been hyped up for a while so I don't think they will come out and fight Naruto, as that'd end with their deaths. Danzou'll have to use popular opinion, subtle force and strategy to win, even in the short-term, so it's not like he's going to confront the man who defeated the leader of Akatsuki, even with 50 of his ANBU.

Naruto does recover faster while in SM, but he already used it 4 times and each time he enters SM he spends his own base chakra as well. People are over looking the terms overwhelming force through numbers and surprise attack here.
Im not saying Naruto would lose to an army of Root nin if he was rested, im saying he would not fair well against a surprise attack by an army of Root nin in his current condition.
Im not factoring in Konan, im only arguing based on Nagato and Naruto's condition.

not unless they have x ray vision and can see from the ground up.. n even then there's no way for them to stop him all he has to do is miss a hit n he'll floor u.. they may be able to find an answer for naruto but they can't do jack shit about nature energy delivering blows for naruto.

Well for one naruto should no longer be able to go into SM because hes done his three KBs and a PNJ SM here as well. So, base naruto vs root means naruto is going to lose. But if by some PNJ way naruto can now go into SM at will, he could beat root. However again, if root had a spy watching the fight and gathered all the battle data on SM naruto, took it to danzou and danzou made a strategy to combat such a opponent then naruto could be in trouble.
Like if danzou sent his strongest genjutsu users after naruto to attack him simoutainiously then naruto is boned.

You assume too much. None of the things you posted above have even a remote chance of happening. Naruto will summon Bahamut and Mega flare the paper tree before Root magically comes up with all these counters.

For the billionth time, the all you need is about 5 seconds of staying still to enter Sage Mode, the only reason he didn't do that during the battle with Pain is because he could have been captured with ease then.... SERIOUSLY. I don't see how this power-up is so "hard" to understand...

I suppose sasuke can summon boss summons and then some even when hes out of chakra too. No! Well, my point is narutos not supposed to be able to be in SM without first having a KB realease the sage chakra its gathered and even then naruto has a limited amout of time in SM.
However, naruto can stand still and gather NE putting him in SM, but naurot cant move and gather NE to keep him in SM like when he fought pain. So, I guess it understandable naruto can go into SM for a very shory period of time after stoping and gathering NE for a couple seconds.
And if root does attack naruto with info on his abilities then narutos in big trouble because hes out of KBs and will have to fight in base form which isnt enough to beat root.

If it bothers you so much, why continue to post on this site? People like to speculate because it's fun, and it helps pass the time between issues. It's also a good way to extract more from the manga than what is merely at face value. This isn't a difficult concept to grasp.

Negato should respond, "As long as i live, Konoha will feel my pain." Then Naruto would have no choice but to kill him, but Kishi is likely going in another direction. All past bussiness is seen out in this Manga. Danzou said he had a plan then disappeared, and he and Negato still have past bussiness. Danzu's plan somehow leads him to be Hokage. What better way then by killing Negato and once again making the best choice for the safety of the village.

I was thinking about having Naruto make a ditch effort shadow clone. But considering how close Neji was and how fast the mid-ranged technique was, Naruto probably wouldn't make it time. Also I had Naruto appear exhausted. And I don't know if Naruto would fight his own comrades.

Although he most certainly changed from his days as a rookie, I think his superiority complex and cruel view on society hasn't changed much. I tried to incooperate that into the prediction. But upon first inspection, I bet we couldn't blame Neji if he would attack.

Neji is a tool. I don't think the leaf shinobi understand how powerful Naruto currently is thats why they want to butt in while two titans settle things.
You should have had Naruto go KSM and send all the ANBU nin flying with just a chakra pulse, grab Konan and make a run for it. =P

I honestly think that Naruto should become the sex symbol in Konoha, I kind of question the female perception of my gender, because Naruto is way better than Sasuke. He's kind, strong and while he doesn't have that adrogynous pretty-boy thing Sasuke does, he's built like a beast. His daddy was also practically royalty...
So that's why I came up with that pairing :P.

Neji is a tool. I don't think the leaf shinobi understand how powerful Naruto currently is thats why they want to butt in while two titans settle things.
You should have had Naruto go KSM and send all the ANBU nin flying with just a chakra pulse, grab Konan and make a run for it. =P

My new favorite pairing is Naruto/Sakura/Hinata/Konan, screw the Uchiha Clan, the Namikaze Clan needs to be re-built!

Yeah that just isn't going to happen lol.
It would take away from Naruto's character if he became an object of lust for every female in the series. Hes the unpopular, loud and some what clueless guy who defies the odds not the bishonen asexual douche who gets everything handed to him.
Besides, quality>quantity. The Heir to the Hyuga clan ain't shabby at all.

If she had confidence she'd probably be the most sought after girl in Konoha, she obviously has a killer body, but hides it too much.
I wouldn't be so quick to judge, I don't see Naruto picking Sakura or Hinata for a while, so it could develop into a sort of Sakura-Hinata contest for Naruto, to which of course he is clueless.
Maybe i'll just imagine Naruto is treated like a sex god! He deserves it!
